Grilled Chicken Peach and Arugula Salad

Main Ingredients
- 2 pieces Chicken Breasts boneless, skinless
- 2 pieces Peaches sliced
- 4 cups Arugula
- ¼ cup Olive Oil
- 2 tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 pinch Salt to taste
- 1 pinch Black Pepper to taste
1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
3. Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
4. While the chicken is grilling, slice the peaches.
5. In a mixing bowl, combine arugula, sliced peaches, olive oil, and balsamic vinegar.
6. Once the chicken is done, let it rest for a few minutes before slicing it.
7. Add the sliced chicken to the salad and toss everything together.
8. Serve immediately and enjoy!
