  • 2 pieces Chicken Breasts boneless, skinless
  • 1 can Pineapple Slices drained
  • 8 pieces Slider Buns
  • 1 cup Barbecue Sauce
  • 1 cup Lettuce shredded

Instructions 

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  3. Grill the chicken for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
  4. During the last few minutes of grilling, add the pineapple slices to the grill and cook until they have grill marks.
  5. Assemble the sliders by placing a piece of grilled chicken on the bottom half of each bun, followed by a pineapple slice, a spoonful of barbecue sauce, and some shredded lettuce. Top with the other half of the bun.
