Ingredients 

Pizza Dough

  • 1 lb Pizza dough

Toppings

  • 1 cup Grilled chicken, sliced
  • ½ cup Marinara sauce
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • ¼ cup Red onion, thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup Bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
  3. Brush the dough with olive oil and place it on the grill. Cook for 2-3 minutes until grill marks appear.
  4. Flip the dough and spread marinara sauce over the top. Add grilled chicken, mozzarella cheese, red onion, and bell pepper.
  5. Close the grill lid and cook for another 5-7 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Remove from the grill, sprinkle with dried oregano, slice, and serve.
