  • 2 pieces Chicken Breasts boneless, skinless
  • 1 cup Lettuce chopped
  • 1 cup Tomatoes diced
  • ½ cup Mayonnaise
  • 8 slices Whole Wheat Bread
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. 2. Season chicken breasts with salt and black pepper.
  3. 3. Grill chicken for 5-7 minutes on each side, until fully cooked.
  4. 4. Let the chicken cool, then chop into bite-sized pieces.
  5. 5. In a mixing bowl, combine chopped chicken, lettuce, tomatoes, and mayonnaise.
  6. 6. Spread the mixture evenly on 4 slices of bread, then top with the remaining slices.
  7. 7. Serve immediately and enjoy!
