Grilled Chicken Satay Recipe

Marinade
- 500 g Chicken breast, cut into strips
- 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 2 tablespoon Peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon Lime juice
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Ground coriander
- 1 teaspoon Ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric
1. In a bowl, mix together soy sauce, peanut butter, lime juice, garlic, ground coriander, ground cumin, and turmeric.
2. Add chicken strips to the marinade and mix well. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
4. Thread the marinated chicken strips onto skewers.
5. Grill the chicken skewers for about 10 minutes, turning occasionally, until fully cooked.
6. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
