Main Ingredients
- 4 pieces Chicken Breasts
- ½ cup Soy Sauce
- ¼ cup Brown Sugar
- 1 tablespoon Honey
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Ginger, grated
- ¼ cup Mirin
1. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, brown sugar, honey, garlic, ginger, and mirin.
2. Marinate chicken breasts in the mixture for at least 30 minutes.
3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
4. Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
5. Brush the chicken with the remaining marinade during the last few minutes of grilling.
6. Serve hot with steamed rice and vegetables.
