Grilled Chicken Teriyaki Skewers

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Chicken breast, cut into cubes
- ¼ cup Soy sauce
- ¼ cup Mirin
- 2 tablespoon Brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon Honey
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Ginger, grated
- 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
1. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, mirin, brown sugar, honey, garlic, ginger, and sesame oil to make the teriyaki marinade.
2. Add the chicken cubes to the marinade and mix well. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
4. Thread the marinated chicken onto skewers.
5. Grill the skewers for about 10 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and slightly charred.
6. Serve hot and enjoy!
