Grilled Chicken Thighs Tandoori Recipe

Marinade
- 8 pieces Chicken Thighs bone-in, skinless
- 1 cup Yogurt plain
- 2 tablespoon Lemon Juice
- 1 tablespoon Ginger Garlic Paste
- 2 teaspoon Garam Masala
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
- 1 teaspoon Cumin Powder
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Salt or to taste
In a mixing bowl, combine yogurt, lemon juice, ginger garlic paste, garam masala, turmeric powder, cumin powder, paprika, and salt.
Add chicken thighs to the marinade and coat well. Let it marinate for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight in the fridge.
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
Grill the chicken thighs for about 10 minutes on each side or until fully cooked and charred on the edges.
Serve hot with your favorite sides.
