Chicken and Marinade
- 4 pieces Chicken Breasts boneless, skinless
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- to taste Salt and Pepper
Peach Salsa
- 2 cups Peaches diced
- 1 cup Red Bell Pepper diced
- ¼ cup Red Onion finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon Lime Juice freshly squeezed
- ¼ cup Cilantro chopped
- to taste Salt
1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
2. In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Rub this mixture all over the chicken breasts.
3. Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
4. While the chicken is grilling, prepare the peach salsa. In a mixing bowl, combine diced peaches, red bell pepper, red onion, lime juice, cilantro, and salt.
5. Serve the grilled chicken topped with peach salsa.
