Ingredients 

Chicken and Marinade

  • 4 pieces Chicken Breasts boneless, skinless
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Peach Salsa

  • 2 cups Peaches diced
  • 1 cup Red Bell Pepper diced
  • ¼ cup Red Onion finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Lime Juice freshly squeezed
  • ¼ cup Cilantro chopped
  • to taste Salt

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. 2. In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Rub this mixture all over the chicken breasts.
  3. 3. Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
  4. 4. While the chicken is grilling, prepare the peach salsa. In a mixing bowl, combine diced peaches, red bell pepper, red onion, lime juice, cilantro, and salt.
  5. 5. Serve the grilled chicken topped with peach salsa.
