- 4 pieces Chicken breasts boneless, skinless
Peach Sauce
- 2 cups Peaches peeled and diced
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Honey
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper freshly ground
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
In a saucepan, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
Add the peaches, honey, and lemon juice. Cook until the peaches are soft and the sauce thickens.
Serve the grilled chicken with the peach sauce on top.
