Chicken and Marinade
- 4 pieces Chicken Breasts
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
Tomato and Avocado Salsa
- 2 pieces Tomatoes, diced
- 1 piece Avocado, diced
- 0.25 cup Red Onion, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon Lime Juice
- 2 tablespoon Cilantro, chopped
- 0.5 teaspoon Salt
1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
2. In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Rub the mixture onto the chicken breasts.
3. Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
4. While the chicken is grilling, prepare the salsa. In a mixing bowl, combine tomatoes, avocado, red onion, lime juice, cilantro, and salt.
5. Serve the grilled chicken topped with the fresh salsa.
