Grilled Cilantro Lime Chicken Thighs

- 8 pieces Chicken Thighs boneless, skinless
- ¼ cup Olive Oil
- ¼ cup Lime Juice freshly squeezed
- 3 cloves Garlic minced
- ¼ cup Cilantro chopped
- 1 teaspoon Cumin
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
1. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, lime juice, garlic, cilantro, cumin, salt, and black pepper.
2. Add chicken thighs to the bowl and coat them well with the marinade. Let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
4. Grill the chicken thighs for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
5. Remove from grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
