- 4 fillets Salmon about 6 oz each
- 1 cup Cilantro chopped
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 2 tablespoon Lime Juice freshly squeezed
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine cilantro, olive oil, lime juice, garlic, salt, and black pepper.
3. Brush the salmon fillets with the cilantro mixture.
