Main Ingredients
- 4 fillets Tuna about 6 oz each
- ¼ cup Olive Oil
- 2 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
- 2 tablespoon Orange Juice freshly squeezed
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, orange juice, garlic, salt, and black pepper.
2. Place tuna fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Let marinate for 15-20 minutes.
3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
4. Grill the tuna fillets for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until desired doneness.
5. Serve immediately with a side of your choice.
