  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 3 tablespoon Curry Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, curry powder, salt, black pepper, minced garlic, and lemon juice.
  2. 2. Add the chicken breasts to the bowl and coat them evenly with the marinade. Let it sit for at least 15 minutes.
  3. 3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  4. 4. Grill the chicken breasts for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
