Grilled Delicata Squash Recipe
A simple and delicious way to enjoy delicata squash.

Main Ingredients
- 2 whole Delicata Squash halved and seeded
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
Cut the delicata squash in half lengthwise and remove the seeds.
Brush the cut sides of the squash with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
Place the squash on the grill, cut side down, and cook for about 10 minutes.
Flip the squash and cook for another 10 minutes, until tender and grill marks appear.
Remove from the grill and serve warm.
