Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 8 pieces Chicken Thighs bone-in, skin-on
  • 2 cups Dill Pickle Juice
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine dill pickle juice, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
  2. 2. Add chicken thighs to the bowl and marinate for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight.
  3. 3. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  4. 4. Remove chicken from marinade and season with salt and pepper.
  5. 5. Grill chicken thighs for about 10 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and juices run clear.
  6. 6. Serve hot and enjoy!
