- 4 fillets Fish fillets Preferably white fish
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
- 4 buns Burger buns
- 1 cup Lettuce Shredded
- 1 cup Tomato Sliced
1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine the fish fillets, breadcrumbs, olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
3. Form the mixture into 4 patties.
4. Grill the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
5. Toast the burger buns on the grill for 1-2 minutes.
6. Assemble the burgers with lettuce, tomato, and the grilled fish patties.
