- 4 fillets Fish Fillets any white fish
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
Brush the fish fillets with olive oil on both sides.
Season the fillets with salt and black pepper.
Place the fillets on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until the fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
Remove from the grill and drizzle with lemon juice before serving.
