  • 4 pieces Fish steaks about 6 oz each
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper freshly ground
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 tablespoon Chopped parsley optional, for garnish

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Brush the fish steaks with olive oil on both sides.
  3. Season the fish with salt and black pepper.
  4. Place the fish steaks on the grill and cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until the fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
  5. Remove the fish from the grill and drizzle with lemon juice.
  6. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired and serve immediately.
