Main Ingredients
- 4 pieces Chicken Thighs boneless, skinless
- 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Five-Spice Powder
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Honey
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, olive oil, five-spice powder, minced garlic, honey, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
Add chicken thighs to the bowl and coat them evenly with the marinade. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
Grill the chicken thighs for about 6-8 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and slightly charred.
Remove from the grill and let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving.
