  • 4 artichokes trimmed and halved
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 lemon cut into wedges

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat your grill to medium heat.
  2. 2. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the artichokes and cook for about 15 minutes until tender. Drain and let cool.
  3. 3. In a bowl, mix the minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  4. 4. Brush the artichokes with the garlic mixture.
  5. 5. Place the artichokes on the grill, cut side down. Grill for about 5-10 minutes until charred and heated through.
  6. 6. Serve with lemon wedges.
