Grilled Garlic Artichokes

Main Ingredients
- 4 artichokes trimmed and halved
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 lemon cut into wedges
1. Preheat your grill to medium heat.
2. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the artichokes and cook for about 15 minutes until tender. Drain and let cool.
3. In a bowl, mix the minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
4. Brush the artichokes with the garlic mixture.
5. Place the artichokes on the grill, cut side down. Grill for about 5-10 minutes until charred and heated through.
6. Serve with lemon wedges.
