Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 tablespoon Butter, melted
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
- 2 tablespoon Parsley, chopped
Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
In a bowl, combine melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
Thread shrimp onto skewers.
Brush shrimp with garlic butter mixture.
Grill shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until opaque.
Garnish with chopped parsley and serve.
