Ingredients

  • 1 lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 tablespoon Butter, melted
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Parsley, chopped

Instructions 

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, combine melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  3. Thread shrimp onto skewers.
  4. Brush shrimp with garlic butter mixture.
  5. Grill shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until opaque.
  6. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve.
