- 1 lb Scallops fresh or thawed
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 3 cloves Garlic minced
- ¼ cup Parmesan Cheese grated
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black Pepper freshly ground
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, grated Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
Add the scallops to the bowl and toss to coat them evenly with the mixture.
Place the scallops on the grill and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side until they are opaque and slightly charred.
Remove from the grill and serve immediately.
