  • 4 medium zucchini sliced lengthwise
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Brush zucchini slices with olive oil on both sides.
  3. Sprinkle minced garlic, salt, and pepper over zucchini slices.
  4. Grill zucchini for 3-4 minutes on each side until tender and grill marks appear.
  5. Remove from grill and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
  6. Serve immediately.
