Main Ingredients
- 4 medium zucchini sliced lengthwise
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- ½ cup Parmesan cheese grated
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
Brush zucchini slices with olive oil on both sides.
Sprinkle minced garlic, salt, and pepper over zucchini slices.
Grill zucchini for 3-4 minutes on each side until tender and grill marks appear.
Remove from grill and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
Serve immediately.
