- 4 large potatoes
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
Slice potatoes into ¼ inch thick rounds.
