Grilled Ginger Peanut Pork Tenderloin Recipe

- 1 lb pork tenderloin
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoon peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, peanut butter, ginger, garlic, honey, lime juice, and vegetable oil.
2. Place pork tenderloin in a resealable plastic bag and pour marinade over it. Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
3. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
4. Remove pork from marinade and grill for 20 minutes, turning occasionally, until internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
5. Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
