Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb pork tenderloin
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, peanut butter, ginger, garlic, honey, lime juice, and vegetable oil.
  2. 2. Place pork tenderloin in a resealable plastic bag and pour marinade over it. Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  3. 3. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  4. 4. Remove pork from marinade and grill for 20 minutes, turning occasionally, until internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
  5. 5. Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
