Grilled Gorgonzola Flat Irons

Main Ingredients
- 4 pieces Flat Iron Steaks about 6 oz each
- 1 cup Gorgonzola Cheese crumbled
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black Pepper freshly ground
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
Brush the steaks with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
Grill the steaks for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness.
During the last minute of grilling, sprinkle the Gorgonzola cheese over the steaks and allow it to melt.
Remove the steaks from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
