Ingredients 

Marinade

  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 3 tablespoon lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon oregano dried
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper freshly ground
  • 4 pieces chicken breasts boneless, skinless

Instructions 

  1. In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper to make the marinade.
  2. Place chicken breasts in a resealable bag or shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Marinate in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
  5. Remove from grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
