  • 4 fillets Gulf Shark about 6 oz each
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Brush the shark fillets with olive oil on both sides.
  3. Season the fillets with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
  4. In a small bowl, mix lemon juice and minced garlic.
  5. Place the shark fillets on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, basting with the lemon-garlic mixture occasionally.
  6. Remove from grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
