Ingredients 

Burger Patties

  • 1 lb Ground Lamb
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Coriander
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil

Tzatziki Sauce

  • 1 cup Greek Yogurt
  • 1 cucumber Cucumber, grated and drained
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Dill, chopped
  • ½ teaspoon Salt

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine ground lamb, cumin, coriander, paprika, salt, black pepper, minced garlic, and olive oil. Mix well.
  3. 3. Form the mixture into 4 patties.
  4. 4. Grill the patties for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until cooked to your desired doneness.
  5. 5. While the patties are grilling, prepare the tzatziki sauce by combining Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, minced garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, chopped dill, and salt in a bowl. Mix well.
  6. 6. Serve the grilled patties on buns or pita bread with a generous dollop of tzatziki sauce.
