Grilled Halibut with Cilantro Garlic Butter

- 4 fillets Halibut about 6 oz each
- ½ cup Butter softened
- ¼ cup Cilantro chopped
- 3 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black Pepper
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
In a mixing bowl, combine softened butter, chopped cilantro, minced garlic, and lemon juice. Mix well.
Brush the halibut fillets with the cilantro garlic butter mixture. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
Place the halibut fillets on the grill. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until the fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
Remove from the grill and serve immediately.
