Main Ingredients
- 200 g Halloumi cheese cut into cubes
- 250 g Mushrooms button or cremini, cleaned and halved
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- to taste Salt and pepper
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
In a bowl, toss the halloumi and mushrooms with olive oil, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Thread the halloumi and mushrooms onto skewers, alternating between them.
Grill the skewers for about 10 minutes, turning occasionally, until the halloumi is golden and the mushrooms are tender.
Serve immediately.
