Ingredients

  • 250 g Halloumi cheese cut into cubes
  • 1 Red bell pepper cut into chunks
  • 1 Zucchini cut into slices
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Thread the halloumi, red bell pepper, and zucchini onto skewers.
  3. Brush the kebabs with olive oil and sprinkle with oregano, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Grill the kebabs for about 10 minutes, turning occasionally, until the vegetables are tender and the halloumi is golden brown.
