  • 250 g Halloumi cheese sliced into ½ inch thick pieces
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Brush the halloumi slices with olive oil on both sides.
  3. Sprinkle the dried oregano evenly over the cheese.
  4. Place the halloumi slices on the grill and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, until grill marks appear and the cheese is golden brown.
  5. Remove from the grill and drizzle with lemon juice before serving.
