- 8 oz Halloumi cheese sliced
- 1 cup Strawberries diced
- 1 cup Blueberries
- 1 tablespoon Fresh mint chopped
- 1 tablespoon Lime juice freshly squeezed
- 1 teaspoon Honey
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
In a mixing bowl, combine the diced strawberries, blueberries, chopped mint, lime juice, and honey. Mix well and set aside.
Grill the halloumi slices for about 2-3 minutes on each side, until they are golden brown and have grill marks.
Serve the grilled halloumi with the berry salsa on top.
