  • 1 cup Strawberries diced
  • 1 cup Blueberries
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh mint chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Lime juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon Honey

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the diced strawberries, blueberries, chopped mint, lime juice, and honey. Mix well and set aside.
  3. Grill the halloumi slices for about 2-3 minutes on each side, until they are golden brown and have grill marks.
