Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 200 g halloumi cheese
  • 4 whole wheat wraps
  • 1 cup mixed salad greens
  • 1 tomato, sliced
  • ½ cucumber, sliced
  • ¼ red onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
  2. Slice the halloumi cheese into ½ inch thick slices.
  3. Brush the halloumi slices with olive oil.
  4. Grill the halloumi for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  5. Warm the wraps on the grill for about 1 minute on each side.
  6. In a bowl, mix the salad greens, tomato, cucumber, red onion, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  7. Place the grilled halloumi and salad mixture on each wrap.
  8. Roll up the wraps and serve immediately.
