Ingredients

  • 8 pieces Chicken Thighs bone-in, skin-on
  • 3 tablespoon Harissa Paste
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine harissa paste, olive oil, salt, black pepper, minced garlic, and lemon juice.
  2. 2. Add chicken thighs to the bowl and coat them well with the marinade. Let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
  3. 3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  4. 4. Grill the chicken thighs for about 10 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and charred in spots.
  5. 5. Remove from grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
