- 2 hearts of romaine halved lengthwise
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper freshly ground
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice freshly squeezed
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
Brush the cut sides of the romaine hearts with olive oil.
Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
Place the romaine hearts cut side down on the grill.
Grill for about 2-3 minutes until lightly charred.
Remove from the grill and drizzle with lemon juice before serving.
