Ingredients

  • 4 fillets Tilapia about 6 ounces each
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Basil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, dried oregano, dried basil, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Brush the tilapia fillets with the herb mixture on both sides.
  4. Place the tilapia fillets on the grill. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
  5. Remove from the grill and serve immediately.
