Grilled Honey Nectarine Ricotta Toast
Delicious and easy-to-make grilled honey nectarine ricotta toast.

Main Ingredients
- 4 slices bread
- 2 nectarines, sliced
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt, to taste
- Fresh mint leaves, for garnish
Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
Brush nectarine slices with olive oil.
Grill nectarine slices for 2-3 minutes on each side until grill marks appear.
Toast bread slices.
Spread ricotta cheese on each toast.
Top with grilled nectarines.
Drizzle honey over the top.
Sprinkle with salt and garnish with fresh mint leaves.
