- 12 jalapenos halved and seeded
- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 12 slices bacon cut in half
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese and shredded cheddar cheese.
Stuff each jalapeno half with the cheese mixture.
Wrap each stuffed jalapeno with a half slice of bacon and secure with a toothpick.
