Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Kingfish fillets about 6 oz each
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper freshly ground
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 tablespoon Garlic minced

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Brush the kingfish fillets with olive oil on both sides.
  3. Season the fillets with salt and black pepper.
  4. Place the fillets on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until the fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
  5. Remove the fillets from the grill and drizzle with lemon juice and minced garlic.
  6. Serve hot with your favorite sides.
