Main Ingredients
- 4 pieces Kingfish fillets about 6 oz each
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper freshly ground
- 2 tablespoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed
- 1 tablespoon Garlic minced
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
Brush the kingfish fillets with olive oil on both sides.
Season the fillets with salt and black pepper.
Place the fillets on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until the fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
Remove the fillets from the grill and drizzle with lemon juice and minced garlic.
Serve hot with your favorite sides.
