Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Beef short ribs flanken-cut
  • ½ cup Soy sauce
  • ¼ cup Brown sugar packed
  • 2 tablespoon Sesame oil
  • 4 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger grated
  • 2 stalks Green onions chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds toasted

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and green onions.
  2. Add beef short ribs to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Marinate for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight.
  3. Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Grill the ribs for about 3-4 minutes on each side, until nicely charred and cooked through.
  4. Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds before serving.
