- 2 lbs Beef short ribs flanken-cut
- ½ cup Soy sauce
- ¼ cup Brown sugar packed
- 2 tablespoon Sesame oil
- 4 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Ginger grated
- 2 stalks Green onions chopped
- 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds toasted
In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and green onions.
Add beef short ribs to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Marinate for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight.
Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Grill the ribs for about 3-4 minutes on each side, until nicely charred and cooked through.
Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds before serving.
