Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Leg of lamb steaks
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper freshly ground
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Rosemary chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a small bowl, mix olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic, rosemary, and lemon juice.
  3. Brush the lamb steaks with the mixture on both sides.
  4. Place the steaks on the grill and cook for about 10 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C) for medium-rare.
  5. Remove from the grill and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
