Ingredients 

Marinade

  • ¼ cup Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Rosemary chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground

Lamb Chops

  • 8 pieces Lamb Chops

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
  2. Place lamb chops in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Let them marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Grill the lamb chops for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until they reach your desired doneness.
  5. Remove from grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
