Ingredients

  • 4 Lemons halved
  • 4 Limes halved
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 4 cups Water cold
  • 1 cup Ice

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Place the lemon and lime halves on the grill, cut side down. Grill for about 5 minutes, or until they have nice grill marks and are slightly charred.
  3. Remove the lemons and limes from the grill and let them cool slightly.
  4. Juice the grilled lemons and limes into a pitcher.
  5. Add the sugar and water to the pitcher, stirring until the sugar is completely dissolved.
  6. Add ice to the pitcher and stir to combine. Serve chilled.
