  • 1 Lemon zested and juiced
  • ¼ cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper freshly ground

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a large bowl, toss the asparagus with olive oil, lemon zest, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  3. Grill the asparagus for 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally, until tender and slightly charred.
  4. Remove from grill and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese. Serve immediately.
