- 1 lb Asparagus trimmed
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 Lemon zested and juiced
- ¼ cup Parmesan cheese grated
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper freshly ground
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
In a large bowl, toss the asparagus with olive oil, lemon zest, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
Grill the asparagus for 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally, until tender and slightly charred.
Remove from grill and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese. Serve immediately.
