Main Ingredients
- 4 fillets Catfish about 6 oz each
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Lemon Zest freshly grated
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, lemon zest, black pepper, salt, and lemon juice.
Brush the catfish fillets with the mixture on both sides.
Place the fillets on the grill and cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
Remove from the grill and serve immediately.
