  • 1 teaspoon Lemon Zest freshly grated
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, lemon zest, black pepper, salt, and lemon juice.
  3. Brush the catfish fillets with the mixture on both sides.
