Ingredients 

For the Chicken

  • 4 pieces Chicken Breasts boneless, skinless
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon Pepper Seasoning

For the Salad

  • 6 cups Mixed Greens
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes halved
  • 1 cup Cucumber sliced
  • ½ cup Red Onion thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup Feta Cheese crumbled

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Brush the chicken breasts with olive oil and sprinkle with lemon pepper seasoning.
  3. Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked. Let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, combine mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and feta cheese.
  5. Top the salad with sliced grilled chicken. Serve immediately.
